The disadvantages
The problems of the biome is humans because we are slowly yet surely killing the ocean. When swimmers wear suntan lotion in the ocean it discolors the coral reef, oil spills have killed several animals and plants. We can solve this by edjucating ourselves on the ocean.
The plant Queen Victoria's water lily grows on top of the water and is very pretty and is one of the biggest water Lily's.Thalasia is an algae that grows on animals like the manatee and is very useful to the aquatic food chain. The climate depends on what part of the world you're in it could be -40 to over 100.
Saltwater crocodile they can become 23 feet long which is the length of this classroom. Although it spends a great chunk of its life on land it has what it needs to go into salt water and survive effectively. The life span is 70-100 years.
70 percent of the earth is the ocean, we have explored less than 4% of the ocean.bibleyography:http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/fish/electric-eel/http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thalassia_(genus)http://biomemarine.weebly.com/climate-and-weather.html
Plants and Animals
The Manatee is a relative to the elephant and are greyish brown with wrinkled skin and lots of algae. They are herbivores who eat sea grasses and vegetation. Also I go to Florida every year,I've seen them and they are just beautiful!
The electric eel looks like an eel but is more of a cat fish and generates more than 600 volts of electricity which is which is 5 time the energy in your wall (which is a lot)! They live underwater but breath air so they often go to the surface. They are about 40 pounds of sheer pain.
