Saint Paul's, Clearwater's Independent School

Growing up in the Age of Information, our digital natives have a sea of knowledge and information at their fingertips. Our librarian is no longer a gatekeeper to information, but a guide, guiding our students to become knowledgeable and skilled seekers of this information. Critical thinking, self-intiative, group collaboration, technology and information literacy, problem solving, creativity and innovation are qualities that are honed here at Saint Paul's School.

The librarian and teachers at Saint Paul's School work closely together creating cross curricular and project-based learning.

21st Century Learning

Getting to know our students is a top priority for our librarian. Building our collection based on our students' interests, hobbies, and curiosities supports their needs as 21st century learners.

We Know our Students

Students exploring the life cycle of meal worms. The library's naturalist center deepens our students' understanding of the world around them.

Our students are provided with information that is current and up-to-date. Multiple online databases and media resources such as Encyclopedia Britannica, Britannica Image Quest, Facts on File, Noodle Tools, CultureGrams, and our library catalog are available 24 hours a day.
