[2015] Kyle Frank: Saint Ignatius of Loyola

Ignatius was beatified by Pope Paul V on July 27, 1609, and canonized by Pope Gregory XV on March 12, 1622. His feast day is celebrated on July 31.

-While Ignatius recovered from war, he of the lives of the saints, and decided to dedicate himself and become a soldier of the Catholic faith.-He wrote his famous "Spiritual Exercises" after a trial of fear and scruples
