Roman Laws:The Roman Laws were laws that the people were given to follow to maintain order to the society. They were strict, but also fair. Everyone was considered innocent until they had been proved guilty in an open trial.

The Roman Army:Soliders were taught to march long distances. Another part of basic military training was physcial exercise which involved running, long and high jump and carrying heavy packs. During the summer, swimming was apart of their training. Soliders were taught to handle weapons as well such as wickerwork shields and wooden swords.The main countries that were conquered were England/Wales (then known as Britannia), Spain (Hispania), France (Gaul or Gallia), Greece (Achaea), the Middle East (Judea) and the North African coastal region.
