RMS Titanic

There were all kinds of passengers; rich people, poor people, and everyone in between.

The Titanic sank on her first transatlantic crossing. She had been called "unsinkable" and only carried enough lifeboats for 1/3 of the people on board.

The White Star Linecommissioned the Titanic and her sister ships the Olympic and Britannic, which were built in Belfast by Irish shipbuilders Harland and Wolff.

RMS Titanic

The Titanic is one of the most famous ships in history, and 1500 people lost their lives when she sank.

The Grand Staircase is one of the most recognizable images of the Titanic; it was reserved for first class passengers only.
