General William H. Was a soldier in the 2nd New York continental line since he was 17. Mr. Howe commanded all the british forces in North America he fought wars against the General George Washington. Later Mr. Howe became commander in cheif during the American war of Independance In 1803 Mr. Howe departed from being a soldier to return to the parliament back in Britain. But when he came back to England he was being blamed for all the defeats of the british so because of this incident Mr. Howe lost his seat in the british parliament for 20 years. Later Mr. Howe past away at the age of approximately 84
