Michelangelo Buonarroti was one of the most famous Renaissance artisist. He painted the walls and celings in the Sistine chapel, pictured below, and also created memorable sculptures like Moses, pictured on the right. He painted 5 Sibyls in the Sistine chapel, the Erythraean Sibyl is also pictured below. These images were choosen because they represent some of the most memorable and worldly-known creations made by Michealangelo.
One of the Renaissance Art Techniques was Perspective. Artists wanted to make their paintings seem more realistic. They did this by adding depth and three demension to their paintings.
