Renaissance

This is William Byrd he was born in 1540 or 1543 he was an English composer in Ranaissance period. He has done about 8 keyboard peices during the time he was alive. This was important to revelusionise what do in music.He sadley died on the 4 July 1623 at 83 or 80.

The renaissance in England start in about 1400 with the Mohammedan invasion of Eastern Europe and ended in the 1600 tis time was very important for music and instumentas and was also important for the world we see today.

Many instruments made during the Renaissance also maney were improved upon but many of the instruments created in the Renaissance dissapered after the Renaissance period

During the Renaissance period, there was a distinction between country dances and court dances. Court dances were where traind preformers would dance for entertainment but country dances could be attempted by anyone. so this changed the way we danced today.

The Medici family was connected to most powerful family in the Renaissance piriod. From the 14th century to the 17th centurey. With 7 Grand Dukes of Tuscany,2 Duke of Florence and 9 Signore in the Republic of Florence . But with over 100 members in the whole family.
