How to make it!
Things you need! 1. 1/2 box of Whole Wheat Spaghetti2. Canned Diced Tomatoes3. 1 Whole Tomatoe4. 2 Cloves of Garlic 5. Parsely6. 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil7. Various Seasonings of your choice8. Parmesan Cheese
Chop all the veggies and set the aside for the sauce
Grill 1-2 cloves of garlic for 3 minutes in 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, along with salt and seasoning. Then add the chopped veggies along with canned diced tomatoes.
Once everything is mixed together add more seasoning to give the sauce flavor and mix on med-low temperature for 30mins
Before cooking the meat add seasoning to it while it is raw. Add one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and place the ground beef in the pan. Mix the meat continuously for 15 mins so it won’t stick together. After the meat has browned add diced onions and cook for 20 more mins then added the meat in the sauce and cook for 15 minutes more.
Boil the whole wheat spaghetti in salt water for 10 minutes.
