The rainforests across hte world are home to nearly 50% of all animals. The rainforest is extremely versitile, with a range from spiders to sloths.
The tarsier: a rare and endangered species in the rainforest.
When a downpour occurs in the rainforest, only 1/3 of the rain actually hits the forest floor.

The biggest threat to the rainforests is the human race. We are taking away the necessary space and recourses.

Tree Frog: Common in the rainforest
The average temperature in the rainforest is 80 degrees F all year. It is hot and wet in the rainforest. It gets about 100 inches of rainfall a year.
With all the plants the rainforest has, it is known as a tropical greenhouse.
Over 2/3 of the worlds plants are located in the rainforests. The plants work to provide shelter for the thousands of animals while also working toward the ecosystem witht the mass amounts of carbon dioxide that they produce.
