1516-1558

Queen Mary the 1 (of England) was born 1516 and died in 1558. Mary’s childhood was destroyed when his father found a new love Anne Boleyn. Mary’s mother, father spilt, and her remarried to Anne. After his new marriage, Mary’s father left the Catholic Church, which was very much a part of her life. After the marriage Mary became servant to Anne’s daughter Elizabeth, wasn’t allowed to see her mother, and lost her status in society. Her father when through six wives in total through Mary’s childhood.

She killed people who didn't believe that way in her ruling she had over 300 peasants slaughtered. Mary married in her late thirties and was unable to bear a child but clung to the catholic beliefs throughout her life.

Mary was known as "Bloody Mary" because of how many people she killed in her ruling

Mary became the most hated queen in British history she ruled for only 5 years. She beheaded trader, burned pregnant women alive, and murdered anyone who was against catholic beliefs.
