-Pythagoras was born around 569 BC and died around 500 BC-Pythagoras loved Mathematics and thought it was the basis for everything.-He came up with a theorem for right angle triangles. -He enjoyed learning so much he developed a school of learning in Crotona, which became somewhat of a "secret" society.

1) Square the two legs of the right triangle.2) Add the two legs.3) Find the square root of your answer .4)This will be the hypotoenuse.
