MAKE IT EASIER? Instead of being on your hands and feet be on your hands and knees.

Start by getting into a position where you are on your hands and feet, your back is stright (you're in a plank position with your arms straight).

Slowly start to bring yourself down by bending at the elbows until you are parallel with the ground. Your back MUST remain straight so that you are straight and keep your hands in line with your shoulders.

WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER?Try putting your feet on a chair and continue from there.

Push yourself back up into the plank like position, still keeping a straight back. Repeat steps 2 and 3

Safety:Avoid locking your arms and make sure your back remains straight.

Why Push-Ups?Push-ups are great for your shoulders and strengthen your arms. They also help your stomach and back to a degree!!
