Purim is the most festive of Jewish holidays.

Purim

The Purim festival celebrates victory of Jewish people and they told their story in Megillah (The Book of queen Esther).

Purim begins at sundownon March 16th.

You can entertain yourself and your family by telling stories, graggers and baking Hamantashen which is a cookie made with jam.

A lot of people like to make eCards and send them to other people. They are decorated with Purim motives and colours that make people think of purim when they see them.

Purim spiel (Purimshpil) is a Purim play which is humorous and it's very informal.
