Procedure for blanching chips

The temperature of your fat should be at around 130C-145C

Firstly you need to peel your potatoess and place them in water to prevent them from going brown.

Chop them into nice shaped and size chips and place back into the water and wash them properly so that they taste good <3

Blanch the chips in the preheated fat cook until soft in the center take out of the fat and drain ready for frying.
