PRESENTS

So... In America they have Santa Claus and in the Czech Republic we've got Baby Jesus (in Czech "Ježíšek"). He gives presents under the Christmas tree.

In the Czech Republic we get presents on 24th December in the evening after the Chr. dinner.

When?

How do children get to know that Baby Jesus has already been in their houses and they can go to take a look at what they've got? After dinner children go to another room, usually the living roomm and after they hear the bell ringing they run to the Christmas tree, where are presents under it.
