Potassium

Potassium is a soft, silvery-white metal that binds to other minerals found attached to other elements. In sea water it reacts to water by generating enough heat to violantly ignite hydgrogen.

All living cells need potassium to maintain fluid balence, therfore we and all other forms of life on earth need potassium minerals to survive.Ptassium is available in all dairy products and meats fruits and vegetables are the best sources of potassium.
