Effect on Plants and Animals: When the volcano erupts, the animals try to escape from the burning hot lava. They get very harmed by the ashes and the soil. On the other hand, the plants can’t move. So, they get burned and turn into ashes. The good thing about the lava is that it has many nutrients from the Earth’s core that enriches the soil and helps the new plants grow. On the contrary, since plants take time to grow, the food chain gets interrupted; plant-eater animals are dying because they have no food, the carnivores that eat the plant eaters are dying, etc.Species Of Plants: Coffee, Grapevine, Moss, and others. These ashes actually help these plants.Species Of Animals: There are crickets that need new lava flows to survive, carnivorous caterpillars, exotic birds, cats, rodents, rabbits, mice, bobcats, bears, and more.
