They act as storage pockets for cells. It stores food, air, water, waste and cell sap for the cell.

It is the control center of the cell it acts like the brain. It helps control the cell's eating, movement, and reproduction.

It is often called a power plant for the cell. It creates energy out of nutrients for the cell.

Often Located on the Endoplasmic Reticulum these tiny dots too small for most microscopes to see, create proteins that do many tasks for the cell.

After the Ribosomes make the protiens the Golgi Body is the organelle that makes the protiens bigger and better, then it packages them and sends them off.



Cell Wall


It is the fluid that fills the inside of the cell and keeps everything in place.

Is the protector of the cell. It seperates the outside from the inside of the cell. It surrounds the outside of them and only lets certain things inside.

A network of passageways that carries materials from one part of the cell to another.

Chloroplasts work to convert light energy of the Sun into sugars that can be used by cells. The entire process is called photosynthesis.
