Phoenix
The phoenix is usually associated with immortality, resurrection and rebirth, but is also a symbol of hope, purity,chasity, marriage, faith, eternity, light, triumph over adversity and that which rises out of ashes.
Romans placed the Phoenix on coins and medals as an eblem of their desire for the Roman empire to last forever
It also became a favourite symbol on early Christian tombstones because it is found to be a symbol of Christ.
The Phoenix was mentioned in the mythologies of the Persians, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Chinese and Phoenicians

The Phoenix was in Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. In this movie the red bird could heal wounds. The Phoenix was also in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and in season 6 of Supernatural. It was also part of Edith Nesbit's famous children books "Phoenix and the Carpet" and was frequently mentioned in Shakespeare's play.
The Phoenix is a red bird that has a life cycle of 500-1000 years. When it comes to the end of it's life cycle it builds a nest of twigs and spices like myrrh. Both the nest and the bird are consumed by flames and reduced to ashes. A new phoenix or phoenix egg arises reborn a new again. It is destined to live as long as its old self.
