TRAINING REQUIRED.As a pediatrician, you typically need to graduate from medical school, complete an internship, and pass a state licensing exam. Training includes medical school, on-the-job training, or military training.

MAJOR EMPLOYERS/OUTLOOKS. Major employers include doctor's offices, hospitals, and federal state, and local government agencies.

Pediatricians need to know how to express ideas clearly and articulately when speaking or writing, listen to others, understand, and ask questions. They need to be able to manage time with themselves and others and motivate, help, and direct people as they work.They also need to know how to look for ways to help people and persuade others to approach things differently. Anything that would serve as an advantage to help people with what they need.

INTERESTS ME/

Pediatricians play a big part in the lives of many people,whether or not you may know it. Without them, families everywhere would'nt have anyone to see to make sure they're children are safe and not in danger of sick. It's the job of these doctors to take care of the youth and help them stay healthy as they grow up. This career interests me so highly in ways that make me want to become on of them once I'm older, so that I'll be able to do what they can.

WORKING CONDITIONSBeing a pediatrician comes with several working conditions. These include always working indoors, wearing protective clothing weekly such as masks, gloves, or an apron, and working daily with patients who have diseases or infections. It also requires working physically with patients, and meet strict weekly deadlines.

WORK HOURS.Flexible or fixed?Pediatricians work more than 40 hours per week, and often take nighttime shifts or on call. They even visit several hospitals in order to see different patients if necesary. Therefore, work hours are pretty much

They need to make decisions and solve problems,think creatively, update and use job-related knowlege, and even establish and maintain relationships. All of these help a pediatrician in ways that would make the job simpler for them. There are so many things to do as a children's doctor, and it requires much to meet the expectations of completeing these work activities.

CONCLUSIONIn conclusion, as already stated, pediatricians play a big part in the every day world. They make a difference everywhere. But becoming one isn't easy. It requires loads of hard work in order to be a success. For everything they do, pediatricians are then appreciated everywhere.
