Patriots Want Freedom And So Do You

The Proclamation of 1763 said that colonist could not move over to the west side even though we made a ruckus for the land. Farmers who were colonist didn't have any more land to farm on, the only place to farm was across the Appalachian Mountains. King George wouldn't care if we died of hunger, the only reason he created Proclamation of 1763 because he didn't want to send soldiers across the Atlantic Ocean to America to defend the land that the colonist own. He also didn't want colonist to trade from the Ohio River.

Patriots want freedom and so do you!

Patrick Henry

In the Declaration the king is referred to a tyrant. He refused laws that were good to the public. He didn't read our Olive Branch Petition, he refused all of the documents we sent to him. King George cut off our trade routes with other parts of the world. He taxed us without consent, deprived us of benefits of trials by jury, messed with our government in the colonies. "He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns ' destroyed the lives of our people.....he has waged cruel war against human nature itself," Thomas Jefferson said in the original Declaration. A king whose characters represents a tyrant is not fit to rule people who meant to be free. Us Patriots have a right to be independent, make our own rules, and do any other act which independent states are able to do.

During the French and Indian War, the Native Americans sided with the French, and lost. After, the red coats poisoned Native Americans be giving them blankets that are infected with the deadly and terrifying disease smallpox. Why would the King make the Proclamation of 1763 if he poisoned the Native Americans. He didn’t care if we both slaughtered each other fighting over land. He didn't want to protect colonist or help us expand on the west side. The king limited our power by not letting us settle in the land we rightfully owned.

We want you to join us in the American Revolution and fight for what we deserve and rightfully own. United we stand.

A lot of the colonist neglected the Proclamation of 1763 and we move to the west side because we needed it and we owned it. Then the British forced us out of our homes and burnt them into a crisp. Then they force us back to live in the east side.

Thomas Jefferson was a shy man, but he was brilliant. He created the Declaration of Independence when he was 33. In the Declaration he explained that colonist had a right to have "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Thomas Jefferson also explained that the king violated rules by taxing colonist without consent. America had a right to break free from Great Britain because the king neglected the Social Contract. The Social Contract said that a ruler/king had to protect the peoples right or else the people could create their own government.
