The emotions you live in this cases is very exciting and also you can reach places more quickly using your skills. Otherwise, you can hurt yourself while you are practising. There have been a lot of accidents and also deaths while they where practising parkour.

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and other movements depending on the situation. In this sport, you dont have to have an equipment, and in case, it would be something like protectors for knees, elbows an for the back.

OPINION

We have chosen this sport because we like the amazing things that practicers do, for example, acrobatic things. We dont practise it because we are scared of the accidents that could happend.

This sport is practised in a lot of places like buildings or arenas, but the main place to practise this is the street. The objective of this is to climb to places or use your hability to reach places that people usually don't.You can practise this sport everytime, but it nis preferible to practise it on sunny days, because at dark or in rainy days it's more difficult and it would be easier to hurt himself.
