Orangutans:The orangutan have very long arms which nearly touch the ground when they stand up. Its legs are short and weak and it has grasping hands and feet. Large brains give them amazing memory which allows them to remember the good feeding trees, when the fruits will be ripe and a map-like memories of the forest.
Habitat
HabitatThe orangutan lives in the southeast Asian islands of Borneo and Sumatra. The type of habitat they live in are swamp forests, rainforests, tropical rainforests and high tropical mountain areas.
Niche
The Orangutan is a omnivore and it loves to eat fruits and small insects. Some of them are flowers, bark, nuts, lizards and caterpillars. It's favourite tree is the durian tree. It's predators are lepords and tigers. It's main predator is the lepord because people have killed out most of the tigers.

- Orangutans use umbrellas made from leafy branches when it rains-Orangutans in Borneo use leaves as napkins to wipe their chin-Orangutans in Sumatra use leaves as gloves to help them handle spiny fruits and branches
