Step directly forward and off the block, bending your knee. Your torso remains upright as your foot hits the ground. Drop both knees until the front thigh is parllel to the ground and your back knee hovers just above the floor

While dipping down, allow your hips to bend forward and downward, however keep your back, chest and head strong and high

Begin by standing upright on a block, bending your knees slightly, your feet together, your hands held behind your head, your chest out and your head held high

Step back up onto the block and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 with the opposite leg

AVOID:Extending your knee past your toesANY rotation of your hips or chest.Splitting your legs too close or too far apart (Should be around shoulder length apart)

MAKE IT HARDER:You can make this activity harder by holding weights on either side of your body as you step!

Safety:When doing the activity, make sure you have enough space and that people are not standing around you. Do not wear highheeled footwear and make sure your block is strong and stable!!!

MAKE SURE YOU ARE:Keeping your head directly above your hip.Moving your knee and hip simultaneously!!
