My questions-What are some ways people get fat?-What can you do to lose weight?-What are some risk factors?-What are the percentages of people who are unhealthy in the U.S.A? -What is the definition of obese?-What are other words describing obese?

S.M.A.R.T. GoalMy S.M.A.R.T. Goal is to try to eat at least 2 1/2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits each day to help insure my eating habits. This is measurable because I will track it on a food blog. That way I can see if I am eating enough healthy foods per day. I will do this for a whole week. I think that this goal is reasonable because it is something that I can track easily and my mom already provides fruits and vegetables to my family each day. Some things that might get in the way of me trying to do this is all of the unhealthy foods that I eat a lot. Such as chips, ice cream, soda, etc.
