What are the symptoms ?Obese people take in an overdose of fat which leads the body to have high risk symptoms

Obesity can cause over 40 highly dangerous symptoms of which:-High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Stroke, Gall bladder disease, Sleep apnea and respiratory problems

Apnea not only can damage your body, but can make you suffer and therefore enourmous changes can occur and in conclusion life expectancy would decrease significantly.

High Blood pressure can make you have a stroke while heart diseases can damage your heart in many circumstances and can have different conclusions. Other symptoms and consequences of obesity like Gall Bladder disease and Sleep

Diabetes is an illness linked to obesity. When an overdose of sugar is consumed consistently, the pancreas will stop making insulin, a hormone that helps glucose move around the body inside cells to provide energy for the organism. The pancreas will therefore lock up and the glucose will construct inside blood.

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems

Everybody can be affected from this unbalanced dietary condition, from a small child to a grown adult

What is in average a diet of an obese person?Obese people don't have a very distinguished diet (depending on the type of food) compared to us, but the problem is they don't balance the nutrients correctly to have a healthy lifestyle. Very frequently they eat too much fat and carbohidrates. They are almost deficient on healthy proteins. The taste is the most important aspect for them, so the more they like it the more they eat it. On top of all they don't have any self discipline, meaning that they eat anything whenever they want.
