SMART GoalS- I am going to drink more milk instead of sweets.M- Creating a chart comparing the amount of cookies to milk. A- Sticking with my goal and chart, and creating a chart a everyday thing that I have to remember.R- It is a good time and goal, it will be hard because I like sweets more than milk.T- It is for 2 weeks to hopefully create a habit.The benefits for me from this goal are- I will be healthier, if that habit is created, and my bones will be stronger from the milk and calcium.
