-you have to consume frecuently vegetables and fruits because they favour the elimination of some carcinogenic and toxic subtances.

Healthy habits to avoid food diseases

- you have to consume always food in a good condition.

-to prevent the obesity you have to avoids the improper consumption of sweeten, fats and alcoholic drinks. You also have to do sport.

-you must have a balanced diet that contribute three types of nutrients in the correctproportion.

-you must diminishes the ingestion of rich food in cholesterol as oily meats, eggs, cold meat... and you have to increases blue fish as the tuna.
