KwakiutlRegion:Their region is in the northwest.Shelter:Their rectangular houses were made out up of bark and cedar wood.Fifty people could fit in one! Food:They hunted deer,birds, and small game.They gathered clams, shellfish, seaweed,berrys, and roots.They caught fish and sea mammals Clothing:They all wore knee-length tunics, long cloaks made out of shredded bark, and basketry hats made out of woven spruce root.Men wore breech clouts and women wore short skirts made out of cedar bark.

HopiRegion:Their region is in the southeast.Shelter:Their adobe houses were made out of clay,straw,and stone.Many families lived in one house.Food:They hunted deer,antelope,and small game.They gathered corn,beans,squash,fruits,nuts,and herbs.They raised turkeys as livestock.They also got cotton and tabacco.Clothing: They wore moccasins made out of deerskin.Women wore knee-length cotton dresses.Men wore breechcloths and cloth headbands.

Nez PerceRegion:Their region is in the plateu. Shelter:Their houses are made out of wood, earth, cedar bark, and tole mats.They were in two styles: oval-shaped longhouses, and small roundhouses.Their tipis were made out of buffalo-hides.Food:They hunted deer, elk, and buffalo.They caught salmon and other fish.They gathered fruits, root, nuts, and seeds. Clothing: They all wore moccasins.The men wore breechcloths with leather leggings.They also wore buckskin shirts.Women wore long deerskin dresses.

InuitRegion:They lived in the Northeast region.Shelter:Their houses were igloos made out of ice blocks.Their tipis were made out of caribou skin.Food:They hunted caribou, seals, whales, walruses, narwhals, musk oxen, arctic foxes, arctic hares, arctic birds, and polar bears.They gathered lichens and moss.Clothing:They all wore seal skin clothing with fur from polar bears and caribou skin.They wore similar cloths. They wore boots, trousers, parkas with hoods, and mittens. They wore layers of everything.

Shelter:Their tipis were made out of buffalo skin.They also had earthen lodges made out of dirt and wood.Food:They hunted buffalo and antelopes.They gathered corn,beans, squash,and sunflowers.Clothing: They all wore moccasins and in the winter, they wore long buffalo-hide robes. Women wore deerskin skirts and poncho-like blouses. Men wore breechcloths and leather leggings.
