Niels Bohr Trinity Bell

In 1913 Niels Bohr introduces the Rutherford-Bohr model or Bohr model; it depicts an atom as a small, positively charged nucleus surrounded by electrons that travel in circular orbits around the nucleus—similar in structure to the solar system, but with attraction provided by electrostatic forces rather than gravity.

Important Events:In 1913 Niels Bohr made the Bohr's model, which was his biggest contribution the atomic theory and progression of chemistry.

Worked with J.J. Thomson in Cambridge for some time.
