Fruits and Vegetables: Medium orange, apple and banana.Grain Products:28 grams of cold cerealMilk and Alternatives:1 cup or 8 ounces of milk. For breakfast, each category has 1 serving.

Fruits and Vegetables:0.75 cups of fruit juice, 1 cup of raw, leafy vegetables.Grain Products:0.5 cups of cooked pasta.Milk and Alternatives:1 cup of milk.Meat and Alternatives:2 or 3 ounces of cooked

Fruits and Vegetables:2 cups of raw, leafy vegetables and 0.75 cups of fruit juiceGrain products:One cup of pasta, one slice of white bread.Milk and Alternatives:1.5 ounces of natural cheese.Meat and Alternatives:2 ounces of cooked poultry

Grain Products: 0.5 cups of cooked riceMilk and Alternatives:1 cup of yogurt

Push-ups work on pectoral, abdominal, bicep, triceps, and quad muscles. I would recomend doing this activity twice a day, right after lunch and dinner and do at least do 15 minutes worth of push-ups with as many as you can do.

The sit-up exercise is hard working abdominal workout. To include it in my daily routine 15 minutes worth of it after breakfast giving you a total of 30 minutes altogether. Watch the quick tutorial below
