Newton's Laws

3rd Law~When one exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body.~All forces exist in pairs (for 3rd law)~Also known as the "action-reaction law"

2nd Law~Law of Motion~The accelerationo of an object produced by a net force is proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object

1st Law~Law of Inertia~What is at rest stays at rest.~What is in motion stays in motions until a force acts upon it.

Isaac Newton
