In this picture, it shows the passenger coming to a sudden stop in the car. Because of Newton's Law of Inertia, the car resists the sudden stop in motion, thus making the passenger jerk forward. But luckily, the seatbelt restrains you from flying out of the windshield.

Newton's Law of Action and Reaction

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, also knowm as action-reaction pairs. This means that whenever an object exerts a force on a second object, the second object exerts a force back, that is equal and opposite, on the first object.

An object that is at rest will stay at rest unless an unbalanced force acts upon it; an object that is in motion will not change its velocity unless an unbalanced force acts upon it.

The acceleration of an object depends on the mass of the object and the strength of the net force applied to it. The stronger the force, the greater the acceleration of the object. The greater the mass, the more inertia and the smaller the acceleration rate; the smaller the mass, the less inertia and the greater acceleration rate: F = ma

In this picture, it shows that Student A(left) is struggling to pull the rock, as to Student B(right), he's pulling it with ease. This is because of Newton's Law of Force and Acceleration; it takes more force to move the bigger rock, because it has more inertia. Also, because of the smaller mass Student B's rock has, it higher the acceleration rate, thus making it easier to move.

In this picture, it shows the subject stepping on the ground. When walking, the shoe presses to the ground, and to prevent you from stepping down into the Earth, the ground pushes up with just as much force.. It follows Newton's Law of Action and Reaction: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

In this picture, it shows the air coming out of the end of the balloon. This shows Newton's Law of Action and Reaction, because the action force would be the air and the reaction would be the ballon traveling in the opposite direction of the air.
