Newton's First Law of Motion
{Inertia}
Demo video of Inertia
Inertia is the resistence to motion.Inertia depends on mass. For example, an object that has more mass would take a greater force to move; it would be an example of using greater inertia.An example would be dislodging ketchup from the bottom of its bottle.You turn it upside down and hit downward.
Caroline Ward
Newton's first law of motion states that an object in motion will stay in motion, but an object at rest will stay at rest. This means that an object in motion (or lack of motion) cannot change without an unbalanced force acting upon it.
