People in New Hampshire were fisherman, farmers, shipbuilders and manufacturers. New Hampshire agriculture included crops and livestock.

It only rang at 4:00 am.*The first citizen in space was a school teacher, Christa MacAuliffe."HARDSHIPS"*New Hampshire was part of the American Revolution.*In 1679 King Charles II separated Massachusetts from New Hampshire causing trouble and arguments for land.*Disagreements led to violence with the Native Americans.

The first settlers of New Hamphsire were Sir Ferdinando and John Mason. New Hamphsire was founded in 1638. The state is named after the English County of Hampshire where mason came from.

The settlers goal was to form a fishing colony. Forts were build for fish-processing in an area named Panaway Plantation.

New Hampshire is located in he NorthEast Region of the U.S.A. It was one of the 13th original colonies of the U.S.

New Hampshire has 4 seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. It has warm humid summers and cold wet winters. It also has hills, mountains, low coasts, rocky soil thick forest and many rivers.
