At one point, there were Celts spread all the way through Europe, and into Asia Minor (Modern day Turkey). At another point, the Celts were occupying most of Rome. The Celts then inhabited what was knhown as Gaul. Gaul is an open area where France, Belgium, Switzerland, and some areas around there were located. Most of hte Celtic population formed with Greek and Roman, but others lived in, or around the British Isles (Scotland, Ireland, England, and Wales).
