Toa Payoh:I grew up in Toa Payoh and am still living there. It's original meaning is "big swamp". It is the district located near the central region of Singapore. It has many places to hang around, have fun or even just to relax. The Toa Payoh HDB Hub is one of them. Another is the Toa Payoh garden and the entertainment centre.
