WHAT SHOULD I DO?-I should include a piece of fruit on my breakfast.-I should have 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables.
My eating habits
WHAT I DO-I have five meals everyday.-I have a glass of milk and some cereals for breakfast.-I have some bread and cereals everyday.-I usually eat about 3 or 4 pieces of fruit and vegetables.-I always eat meat or fish once or twice a day.-I never have sweets.-I have water and natural juices.
