The plant

During the Antiquity, Chineses, Greeks and Romans used wild mustard to make a dough thin and aromatic. Greeks and Romans used it also for medicine.

Mustard is use to raise flavour of meats, to make vinaigrette sauce, mayonnaise...

Dijon mustard is make from mustard seeds (30%), vinegar (20%), salt and spices (10%) and water (40%). Mustard seeds comes from Canada and East countries at 80%. It is very small : to have 1kg of mustard seeds, you need about 500 000 seeds

It's a yellow plant who can reach 2 meters ! Its leaves are green and its fruts have a few seeds. The plant grow in only 2monthes.
