The grassland biome is located in Africa, North America, Asia, and South America. Climate in the grassland is mostly large amounts of precipitation and high temperatures in the summer and low precipitations and cool, but not harsh temperatures in the winters. Common wildlife in the African and Asian grasslands includes lions, antelope, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. In the North American grasslands there would be bison, ferrets, bobcats, badgers, etc. South American grassland contains jaguars, llamas, mongooses, nutrias, and more.
