The Austrailian and Eurasian are the two plate boundaries that Mount Merapi is formed on. The two plates movement is called Converging Subduction.

*Thousands of people were injured and about 24 died*It is one of the most dangerous and active volcanoes in Indonesia.*The biggest and most devastatingerupition was in 1936.*The Eruptive products are Pyroclasts and the lava it erupts is a mix between Mafic and Falsic.

The villages of Indonesia were covered in Igneous rock, magma, and ashes.
