One of them was when at night every door that did not have the blood of the lamb their every first born child will die. Ramsis oldest and only child was killed, so he let the hebrews free. In todays Catholic church the plagues and how God promised he would be with Moses the whole time shows us to believe and have faith in God because even if you give up he will never. Moses doubted himslef in speaking and convincing people to follow him but God promised to help him and he became the best leader and prophet. The Ten Commandments; Written by God on two stones and handed to Moses are the religious and moral imperatives for people to follow. These 10 commandments are rules and used as a guide for people to follow and know how to truelly be a virtuous christian. The catholic church believes to follow these rules and it has helped many people to know what is right for God and what is wrong. The Miracle of the Red Sea; Still having faith in God Moses litened and as a result the red sea parted creating a path through the water. The pharoah and his soldiers started to come after them as Moses and the Hebrews made it out God told Moses to lift his rod. The path within the sea closed and the pharoah and his soldiers were washed away. This story has been known and repeated a variety of times in the catholic church. It helps christians understand that even when a situation looks impossible to escape, put your needs and faith in Gods hands and all will be accomplished.
