QuestionHow long does it take for grape juice to change the color of a potato?

Experiment Design1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes 2. Place each potato into separate cups3. Measure 1/2 cup of grape juice4. Pour 1/2 cup of juice over each potato5. Set timer or stopwatch for one hour

6. Check color after one hour is up7. Record data8. Repeat steps 5-7 as needed

3. How long to leave each potato in grape juice4. What size to cut the potatoes into5. How much grape juice to soak potatoes in

ConclusionYes, my hypothesis was correct! I believed grape juice would affect the color of a potato over time. The starch in the potato absorbed the juice within 24 hours.
