Which ingredients do you need:1 refrigerated pie crust3/4 cup pumpkin1/2 can sweetened and condensed milk1 egg1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Pour into crusts, filling each almost to the top.
Bake 40 min or until filling is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
TIME:Bake for 40 min at 375 degrees
AMOUNT:This recipe makes 4 mini pies.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll crusts on lightly floured surface. Cut four rounds from each crust.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in large bowl until smooth.
