Mean, Median, & Mode

Mean- Can be a little tricky ;)Say you had the numbers 4, 5, 8, 7, 9, 11, 15 if you add 4+5+8+7+9+11+15=59 then you divide 59 by 7. 59/7=8.4 8.4 is your mean!Median- Is very Easy :)If you put the numbers in order from least to greatest it is very easy to find the median. (4, 5, 8, 7, 9, 11, 15) The Median is the middle number so 7 is your median!Mode- Is the simplest of them all :DSince mode is the number that appears most often some sets of data my not have a mode such as this one (4, 5, 8, 7, 9, 11, 15). If you added another 4 into the set of data then what would be your mode? (4, 4, 5, 8, 7, 9, 11, 15)4 is the correct answer! :)

Mean is the average once you add up all the numbers an divide by the number of numbers.Median is the middle value when the numbers are in order.Mode is the number that appears the most.

Here is some examples!!
