States of Matter-Solid-Liquid-GasParticles in a soild are locked in place and only vibrate. Liquid particles form into the container they are in. Gas particles move very quickly to break from any arrangement.Matter can change into any state by either adding heat or taking away heat. Sublimation is when a gas turns directly to a solid.

Matter is in everything in the universe. It can be found anywhere from the burger you ate Wendy's, to the computer screen you are looking at right now.
