Reasons to move to Maryland.....1. You should move to maryland because you can experiment the 4 seasons, while in many other places you can just experiment 1 or 2.2. You should also move to maryland because you can do whatever you want, if you want to hike there are mountains waiting you, there are many lakes and beaches so you can sail.3. You should also move to maryland because we also have the national aquarium, not the state aquarium but the national aquarium.4. Maryland has many historic places,towns,and cities.5. Maryland is near a lot of cities so you could wake up, you take your car for a spin and without realizing you are in Washington D.C.

HistoryKing Charles I of England gave a letter to George Calvert, saying that he has the rights to a new colony at the east.THe colony was named Maryland in honor of Henrietta Maria.Before GEORGE Clavert died he gave Maryland’s rights to his son Cecilius.Maryland became home for roman catholics who were chased in england.Religious conflict became really serious and many people wanted take out the religious freedom so they had a civil war. The calverts lost control of Maryland althoughthey gained it later on.
