Mary Wollstonecraft was born on April 17th, 1759. Because of bad agricultural decsions made by her father, she moved around a lot as a child. Once older, she began writing and wrote many books. She believed in equal rights of all people but focused on womens rights in her book, A vendiction of the rights of women. She died in 1797 due to complications during the birth of her second child.
