Mark Zuckerberg Smiling

This is where Mark Zuckerberg was born.

Mark Zuckerberg changed the way social interaction works. With his invention of FaceBook, he transformed lives. He made the world more open and connected and FaceBook is in over 100 languages. FaceBook has endless possibilities to keep people entertained, and it re-created how humans communicated. Without Mark Zuckerberg, people wouldn't be able to communicate with others around the world in a few seconds, and they wouldn't have anything to do in their freetime.

People's Reaction

People's reaction to Facemash was a little bit different than their reaction to FaceBook. When Facemash first came out, college students liked it, because they could judge other people and it was considered cool. On the other hand, supervisors and adults didn't find it as entertaining. They thought that the website was inappropriate and should be shut down. FaceBook had a different reaction. When FaceBook was first released it was only released inside the Harvard campus, and only people 18 and older could use it. As time went by FaceBook gradually started moving throughout the world. As it started moving through the world, Mark Zuckerberg and his employees decided to make FaceBook a website where people the age of 13 and older could use it. When they made this change, all the humans 18 and older thought it was a kid's website now, and they didn't like 13 year olds using it.

Conventional Wisdom

When FaceBook came out, people didn't really have any beliefs about the internet. They thought the website was cool and interesting, but they didn't know what to think of it. People didn't think that a website like this would ever come out, because it was so far fetched at the time people didn't know what was possible. Mark Zuckerberg changed the lives of many humans, and changed the way the internet worked.

My Opinion

In my opinion Mark Zuckerberg had a good idea. He had a huge impact on society, and he changed the way social interaction worked. His website allowed people to get connected all around the globe, and while that is a scary thing it also helped the world to stay better connected.
